MAUNDY THURSDAY COMMUNION SUPPER
April 14th @ 6:00 PM

Join us for a light supper of soups, grapes, cheese and bread followed by Communion. We will remember Jesus’ last meal with the disciples (and his first Communion with each of us).

GOOD FRIDAY SERVICE
A Space for Reflection and Devotion

Sardis Baptist and Presbyterian Churches will partner with St. Stephen UMC for their annual Good Friday Service.

This year’s gathering will offer a new way to experience Good Friday. Congregants will gather on the Sardis Baptist labyrinth for a brief time of prayer and singing. Afterwards, everyone is invited to visit seven stations of devotion/reflection located along the walking trails surrounding the labyrinth. Each station will feature a unique piece of artwork, as well as a self-guided devotion. Participants are encouraged to engage each station at their own pace. Can’t make it at noon? The stations will be made available for the duration of Holy Week. Virtual and printed copies of the self-guided devotions will also be made available. For those unable to walk the course of stations, seating areas will be provided in the both the labyrinth and sanctuary. We hope you will make plans to join us either in person or virtually. Children and families are welcome. Please be sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.

EASTER MORNING WORSHIP
April 17th @ 11:00 AM

Sardis will host a celebratory Easter service in our sanctuary at 11 AM. Please note, the Sunday morning book group will not meet on Easter Sunday.
