On Sunday, December 22, 2019 (4th Sunday of Advent), the Sardis choir will present us with the gift of song!  For our Christmas Cantata, the chancel choir will perform Pepper
Choplin’s Go Sing It on the Mountain, a cantata of traditional and folk tunes that is fun to sing and hear! Songs include Arise, O People from Sacred Harp, Call His
Name Jesus using the tune Barbara Allen, Star Eternal which incorporates the melody to Rock of Ages, Joyous Nowell to the World combining The First Nowell and Joy to the World, and
of course, Sing It on the Mountain — a bluegrass take on Go Tell It on the Mountain.  Worship begins at 11:00 a.m.   Childcare provided.  All are welcome!
